GHANA BRISCOES ON THE GO
PASTORAL TRAINING
A huge part of our heart lies in encouraging and training local Ghanaian pastors and leaders. We have opened a branch of the International School Of Ministry (ISOM) Bible college. The ministry we work under also regularly holds a variety of trainings and conferences.
CHURCH PLANTING
Church planting begins with relationships. We seek a connection in a community, ask permission to share the Jesus Film, and follow up with house visits. Eventually a body of believers is established.
THE JESUS FILM
The Jesus Film is based on the life of Christ as recorded in the book of Luke. It's been dubbed into more than 1,000 languages. Several nights a week we join our Ghanaian coworkers and show the Jesus Film in rural villages. It is a great introduction to the person of Jesus.
CHURCH BUILDING
Most congregations we work with are first generation believers. There may be very few Christians in the community. While the CHURCH is PEOPLE, not a building, it is important to have somewhere to meet as a corporate body.
